Datz Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related regulations to protect the rights and freedoms of data subjects, lawfully process personal information, and manage it securely.

Retention Period for Personal Information
The Company retains and processes personal information for the following periods for the stated reasons:
- Retained Information: Organization name, organization address, department in charge, contact person’s name, mobile phone number, email address, organization contact number.
- Retention Purpose: User verification, inquiry history confirmation.
- Retention Period: 36 months.
Provision of Personal Information
The Company uses users’ personal information only within the scope of the purposes outlined above and does not disclose it to third parties without prior consent. Exceptions are made in the following cases:
